into Liquidation
Take notice that on the 9th day of May 2002, an application to put Simex Limited into liquidation filed in the High Court at Greymouth.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Greymouth on the 17th day of October 2002 at 11.30 a.m.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that date.
The applicant is Coast Cars and Commercials Limited, whose address for service is at the office of Carruthers
& Wetherall, Solicitors, Guinness Street, Greymouth.
