into Liquidation
Take notice that on the 28th day of November 2001, an application to put Rover City of Auckland Limited
(in receivership) into liquidation was filed in the High Court at Auckland.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Auckland on Monday, the 21st day of January 2002 at 10.00 a.m.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that day.
The plaintiff is Wilson & Horton Limited, whose address for service is at the offices of Bell Gully, solicitor for the above-named plaintiff, Level Twenty-two, 48 Shortland Street, Auckland 1 (Counsel Acting: D. L. Bennington).
