Take notice that on the 4th day of June 2002, an application for putting Impression Group Limited into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Auckland.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Auckland on Thursday, the 25th day of July 2002
at 10.00 a.m.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that day.
The plaintiff is Jollands Callander, whose address for service is Citylaw, Barristers and Solicitors, Fifth Floor,
17 Albert Street, Auckland (Inquiries to: M. W. Tolhurst).
Documents for service on the plaintiff may be left at that address for service or may be:
(a) posted to the solicitor at P.O. Box 6086, Wellesley Street, Auckland; or
(b) left for the solicitor at the document exchange for direction to D.X. C.P. 24-163, Auckland.
