Take notice that on the 2nd day of October 2001, an application for putting Whitestone Poultry Limited into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Timaru.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Timaru on Thursday, the 7th day of February 2002 at 11.00 a.m.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that day.
The plaintiff is Pyne Gould Guinness Limited, whose address for service is at the offices of Lane Neave, Barristers & Solicitors, Level Fifteen, PricewaterhouseCoopers Centre, 119 Armagh Street (P.O. Box 13-149 or D.X. W.P. 21-008), Christchurch.
