Take notice that on the 12th day of April 2002, an application for putting into liquidation Opoutama Land Company Limited by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Gisborne.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Gisborne on the 16th day of August 2002 at 9.00 a.m.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that day.
The plaintiffs are George Paul Takahuri Smith and William Vandy Smith, whose address for service is care of Burnard Bull & Co, Solicitors, 64 Lowe Street (P.O. Box 946 or D.X. L.P. 78-509), Gisborne.
