Take notice that on the 21st day of June 2002, an application for putting Seafresh New Zealand Limited into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Wellington.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Wellington on the 29th day of July 2002 at 10.00 a.m.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that day.
The applicant is Simunovich Fisheries Limited, whose address for service is at the office of Dukesons, Solicitors, Level Five, 345 Queen Street, Auckland.
