Take notice that on the 7th day of June 2002, an application for the winding up of Circuit Graphix Limited by the
High Court was filed in the High Court at Auckland.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Auckland on Thursday, the 1st day of August 2002
at 10.00 a.m.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that day.
The plaintiff is Associated Insulation Materials Limited, whose address for service is at the offices of Kendall
Sturm and Foote, Fourth Floor, The Swanson Centre,
12-26 Swanson Street, Auckland.
