Take notice that on the 6th day of June 2002, an application to put Earthsystems Limited into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Auckland.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Auckland on Thursday, the 11th day of July 2002
at 10.45 a.m.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that day.
The applicant is McEntee Hire Service Limited (a hire company), a duly incorporated company having its registered office at 3 Ray Small Drive, Papakura, whose address for service is at the offices of Stephen Temm, 28 Coles Crescent (P.O. Box 2721-053 or D.X. E.P. 76-541), Papakura.
