Take notice that on the 15th day of April 2002, an application to put Gemtech Corporation Limited into liquidation was filed in the High Court at Auckland.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Auckland on the 27th day of June 2002 at 10.45 a.m.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that day.
The applicant is James William Piper (trading as Pipers), whose solicitor is Colin James Lucas, whose address for service is at the offices of Lucas & Mabin, Solicitors, 109 Great South Road, Greenlane, Auckland.
Documents for service on the above-named applicant may be left at that address for service or may be:
