Take notice that on Tuesday, the 28th day of May 2002, an application for the winding up of Irwin Construction Limited by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Wellington.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Wellington on Monday, the 8th day of July 2002
at 10.00 a.m.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that day.
The plaintiff is Graeme Browne Plumbing Limited, whose address for service is at the offices of Guy & Toby Manktelow, Third Floor, AA Building, 20 Waterloo Road (P.O. Box 31-265), Lower Hutt.
