Take notice that on the 17th day of May 2002, an application for putting King Neptune Products Limited, Adele Properties Limited and Sundance Spas NZ Limited into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Napier.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Napier on the 20th day of June 2002 at 10.00 a.m.
Any person, other than the defendant companies, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must
file an appearance not later than the second working day before that day.
The plaintiff is Samuel Peter McNutt, whose address
for service is at the offices of Davidson Armstrong
& Campbell, Northumberland Street (P.O. Box 54), Waipukurau (Attention: John Campbell).
