Take notice that on the 15th day of January 2002, an application for putting Selevad Investments Limited into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Wellington.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Wellington on the 10th day of June 2002 at 10.00 a.m.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that day.
The plaintiff is Baycorp Limited (as assignee of At Work Insurance), whose address for service is at the offices
of Paul Thomas, Level Two, Baycorp Advantage House,
15 Hopetoun Street, Auckland.
