Take notice that on the 29th day of April 2002, an application for putting The Open Fields Company Limited (formerly known as Wickham Developments Limited) into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Auckland.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Auckland on Thursday, the 6th day of June 2002
at 10.45 a.m.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that day.
The plaintiffs are Lachlan Stuart McIntosh and John Richard Park, of Brisbane, Queensland, Australia, joint and several liquidators of Bloss White Finance Pty Limited
(in liquidation), whose address for service is Alan Ross Burns, solicitor, care of Meredith Connell, Sixth Floor, General Building, 29 Shortland Street (P.O. Box 2213 or D.X. C.P. 24-063), Auckland (Inquiries to: L. Read).
