And-Vision Viewfinder Limited, an incorporated company having its registered office at Level One, 21-29 Broderick Road, Johnsonville, Wellington-Defendant:
Take notice that on Friday, the 3rd day of May 2002, an application for the winding up of Vision Viewfinder Limited by the High Court was filed in the High Court
at Wellington.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Wellington on the 24th day of June 2002 at 10.00 a.m.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that day.
The plaintiff is Ultra Glass Limited, whose address for service is at the offices of Foot Law, Solicitors, 88 Oriental Parade, Wellington (up to and including the 24th day of May 2002), and thereafter at 18-24 Allen Street (P.O. Box 702), Wellington.
