Take notice that on the 19th day of April 2002, an application to put Transport Operations Limited into liquidation was filed by the High Court at Auckland.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Auckland on Thursday, the 6th day of June 2002
at 10.00 a.m.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that day.
The plaintiff is ORIX New Zealand Limited, whose address for service is at the offices of Bell Gully, solicitor for the above-named plaintiff, Level Twenty-two, 48 Shortland Street, Auckland 1 (Counsel Acting: A. J. B. Holmes).
