And-Central King Country Milling Limited, a duly incorporated company having its registered office at
25 Beech Crescent, Hillcrest, Hamilton-Defendant:
Take notice that on the 23rd day of April 2002, an application for the liquidation of Central King Country Milling Limited by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Hamilton.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Hamilton on Monday, the 10th day of June 2002
at 10.45 a.m.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that day.
The plaintiff is Pacific Timber Engineering Limited, whose solicitor is Stephen Thomas Scott, whose address
for service is at the offices of Holland Beckett Maltby, Solicitors, 96 Cameron Road (Private Bag 12-011 or
D.X. H.P. 40-014), Tauranga.
