into Liquidation
Take notice that on Thursday, the 11th day of April 2002, an application to put Kahukura Productions Limited into liquidation was filed in the High Court at Wellington.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Wellington on the 13th day of May 2002 at 10.00 a.m.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that day.
The applicant is The Film Unit Limited, whose address for service is at the offices of B. A. Gibson Esq., Solicitor, Seventh Floor, Knight Frank House, 23 Waring Taylor Street (P.O. Box 927), Wellington.
