Take notice that on the 22nd day of March 2002, an application for putting USIT Beyond Limited into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Auckland.
This application is to be heard before the High Court at Auckland on the 23rd day of May 2002 at 10.45 a.m.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before that day.
The plaintiff is Coachlink N.Z Limited, whose address
for service is at the offices of Gibson Sheat, Solicitors, Level One, 107 Customhouse Quay (P.O. Box 2966 or
D.X. S.P. 22-035), Wellington.
