Take notice that on the 8th day of April 2002, an application for putting Catley and Associates Limited into liquidation by the High Court, under section 241 of the Companies Act 1993 ("the Act"), was filed in the High Court at Auckland.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Auckland on the 6th day of June 2002 at 10.00 a.m.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that day.
The applicant is Kinetics Group Limited, Level Five,
50 Anzac Avenue, Auckland, whose address for service is at the offices of its solicitors, IT Law, Level Three, 280 Parnell Road, Parnell, Auckland.
