Take notice that on the 11th day of July 2001, an application for putting FYR (No.1) Limited (formerly Axiomatic Networks Limited and also Axiomatic Systems Limited) into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Auckland.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Auckland on Thursday, the 16th day of May 2002 at 10.00 a.m.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that day.
