Take notice that on the 18th day of March 2002, an application for putting Ken Beeby Limited into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Timaru.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Timaru on Thursday, the 9th day of May 2002 at 11.00 a.m.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before that day.
The plaintiff is Fulton Hogan Limited, whose address for service is at the offices of Lane Neave, Lawyers, Level Fifteen, PricewaterhouseCoopers Centre, 119 Armagh Street (P.O. Box 13-149 or D.X. W.P. 21-008), Christchurch.
