Take notice that on the 25th day of March 2002, an application for putting Maramatia Limited (also trading
as Maramatia Consultancy or Maramatia Builders Merchants) into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Wellington.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Wellington on the 6th day of May 2002 at 10.00 a.m.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that day.
The applicant is The Lumberbank New Zealand Limited, 322 Neilson Street, Onehunga, whose address for service is at the offices of Gallaway Cook Allan, 245 Stuart Street (P.O. Box 143 or D.X. Y.P. 80-023), Dunedin.
The statement of claim and verifying affidavit may be inspected at the office of the Court or at the applicant's address for service.
