Take notice that on Thursday, the 14th day of February 2002, an application for putting ASF Limited (formerly Tony Frost Limited) into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Nelson.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Nelson on Thursday, the 18th day of April 2002 at 10.00 a.m.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that date.
The plaintiffs are Brian Terrence Harvey, Beverley Anne Harvey and Paul Donald Le Gros (as trustees of the B & B Harvey Trust), whose address for service is at the offices of Duncan Cotterill, Solicitors, Duncan Cotterill House, Selwyn Place, Nelson.
