Take notice that on Tuesday, the 29th day of January 2002, an application for putting Hi There Limited into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Auckland.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Auckland on Thursday, the 11th day of April 2002 at 10.00 a.m.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that day.
The applicant is Coolwave NZ Limited, whose address for service is at the offices of Harman & Co, Solicitors, Level Nineteen, PricewaterhouseCoopers Centre, 119 Armagh Street (P.O. Box 13-151 or D.X. W.P. 21-015), Christchurch.
