Take notice that on the 4th day of March 2002, an application for putting Gillain Enterprises Limited into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Auckland.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Auckland on the 4th day of April 2002 at 10.45 a.m.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that day.
The applicant is KC Computer Services Limited, whose address for service is at the offices of Martelli McKegg Wells & Cormack, Fourteenth Floor, Arthur Andersen Tower, National Bank Centre, 209 Queen Street, Auckland.
