Take notice that on the 25th day of February 2002, an application for putting Aeroplane Car Company (1992) Limited into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Rotorua.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Rotorua on the 15th day of April 2002 at 11.45 a.m.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that day.
The applicant is Allied Finance Limited, whose address for service is care of the offices of Anderson Lloyd Caudwell, Solicitors, Ground Floor, Otago House, corner of Princes Street and Moray Place, Dunedin.
