Take notice that on the 8th day of November 2001, an application for putting C & K Rhodes Group (NZ) Limited into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Wellington.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Wellington on the 4th day of March 2002 at 10.00 a.m.
