Take notice that on the 11th day of February 2002, an application for putting Genesis International Charitable Trust into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Hamilton.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Hamilton on the 11th day of March 2002 at 10.45 a.m.
Any person, other than the defendant trust, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that day.
The applicant is Forsyth Barr Limited, whose address for service is at the offices of Gallaway Cook Allan, Lawyers, 245 Stuart Street (P.O. Box 143 or D.X. Y.P. 80-023), Dunedin.
