Take notice that on Friday, the 1st day of February 2002, an application for putting Cobb & Co Limited into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Dunedin.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Dunedin on Thursday, the 14th day of March 2002 at 10.00 a.m.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that day.
The plaintiff is Caledonian Leasing Limited, whose address for service is at the offices of Duncan Cotterill, Solicitors, Level Nine, Clarendon Tower, corner of Worcester Street and Oxford Terrace, Christchurch.
