Pursuant to section 34 (1) (a) of the Civil Aviation Act 1990, the Minister of Transport hereby gives notice of his intention to make ordinary rules in the following CAR Parts:
Part 19-Transition Rules, allowing the use of GPS derived distance information on precision instrument approaches (NPRM 03-01, Docket 2/CAR/9).
