Pursuant to section 34 (1) (a) of the Civil Aviation Act
1990, the Minister of Transport hereby gives notice of his intention to make ordinary rules in the following CAR Parts:
Part 125-Air Operations - Medium Aeroplanes, incorporating Airborne Collision Avoidance Systems (ACAS) (NPRM 03-02, Docket 2/CAR/3).
Part 125-Air Operations - Medium Aeroplanes, incorporating Terrain Awareness and Warning Systems (TAWS) (NPRM 03-03, Docket 2/CAR/8).
Part 137-Agricultural Aircraft Operations re-issue, (NPRM 03-04, Docket 1/CAR/1358).
The close-off date for submissions on the proposed rules is 14 October 2002.
