Pursuant to section 26 of the Fire Service Act 1975, the
New Zealand Fire Service Commission hereby gives
the following notice.
N o t i c e
1. This notice may be cited as the Auckland City Central Fire District Notice, September 2002.
2. This notice shall come into force on 30 September 2002.
3. This notice revokes and is in substitution for all
previous fire district notices for the Auckland City Central Fire District.
Constitution of a Fire District
(a) The urban areas of Auckland City Central are hereby constituted as a fire district.
(b) The boundary of the constituted fire district is defined and delineated on a plan held at the National Office,
New Zealand Fire Service, Wellington.
