No. 35, Opotiki District
Pursuant to section 60 of the Transit New Zealand Act 1989, the Transit New Zealand Authority gives notice that the section of State Highway No. 35 described in the First Schedule hereto is revoked, and the section of road described in the Second Schedule hereto is declared to be State Highway No. 35 within the meaning and for the purpose of the Transit New Zealand Act 1989.
First Schedule
In Opotiki District, that section of State Highway No. 35 at the Motu River, commencing at its southern intersection with the realigned section of road to be declared as State Highway No. 35 and proceeding in a generally easterly direction, then a generally westerly direction to its northern intersection with the realigned section of road (Route Position 28/13.37 to Route Position 41/0.18).
Second Schedule
In Opotiki District, the realigned section of road at the Motu River, commencing at its southern intersection with the section of State Highway No. 35 being revoked and proceeding in a generally northerly direction for a distance of 208 metres to its northern intersection with State Highway No. 35 (Route Position 28/13.37 to Route Position 41/0.18).
