State Highways in Transit New Zealand
Regions 3 and 4
Pursuant to section 61 (3) of the Transit New Zealand Act 1989 and section 72 (1) (j) of the Transport Act 1962, Transit New Zealand hereby amends the above bylaw as follows.
A m e n d m e n t
1. This amendment shall come into force 28 days after its publication in the New Zealand Gazette.
2. In the second schedule after clause 11 (c) insert:
At Bethlehem, commencing at a point 1.06 kilometres east of Bethlehem Road and proceeding generally in an easterly direction on Tamatea Arikinui Drive (Route
J Expressway) to a point 520 metres west of Cameron Road (Route Position 146/2.03 to Route Position 146/5.42); a distance of 3.39 kilometres.
This amendment is made by delegated authority from the Transit New Zealand Authority.
