Takeovers Panel
Pursuant to section 16 of the Takeovers Act 1993, and sections 39 (2A) and 44A of the Public Finance Act 1989, the Minister of Commerce hereby gives notice that the Takeovers Panel has published its annual report for
the year ending 30 June 2002, containing its financial statements and audit report.
