Vehicles on State Highways: Transit
New Zealand Regions 13 and 14
Pursuant to section 61 (3) of the Transit New Zealand
Act 1989, and section 72 (1) (i) of the Transport Act 1962, Transit New Zealand hereby amends the above-mentioned bylaw as follows.
A m e n d m e n t
1. This amendment shall come into force 28 days after its publication in the New Zealand Gazette.
2. In the Third Schedule, after clause 8 (d) insert:
(c) At Edendale: From a point 50 metres generally north of Crescent Road to a point 300 metres generally north of Ferry Road (Route Position 886/12.12 to Route Position 886/12.89); a distance of 770 metres.
3. In the Third Schedule, after clause 9 (c) insert:
(d) At Makarewa: From a point 250 metres generally north of Flora Road to a point 580 metres generally north of Moore Road, Invercargill (Route Position 1157/8.52 to Route Position 1168/0.90); a distance of 2.86 kilometres.
4. In the Third Schedule, after clause 13 (c) insert:
(d) At St Leonards: From a point 30 metres generally north of St Leonards Drive, adjunct to Ruru Avenue, to a point 190 metres generally west of Shandon Road, Roseneath (Route Position 0/7.70 to Route Position 8/1.93); a distance of 2.45 kilometres.
5. In the Third Schedule, after clause 14 insert:
15. The section of State Highway No. 94 at Mandeville: From a point 300 metres generally west of Hatfield Road to a point 130 metres generally west of Waimea Valley Road (Route Position 16/0.18 to Route Position 16/1.97); a distance of 1.16 kilometres.
16. The section of State Highway No. 96 at Browns: From a point 120 metres generally east of Limehills-Browns Road to a point 90 metres generally west of Limeworks Road (Route Position 30/9.86 to Route Position 30/10.81); a distance of 950 metres.
17. The section of State Highway No. 98 at Lorneville: From a point 410 metres generally east of State Highway No. 6 (North Road) to the intersection with State Highway No. 6 (North Road) (Route Position 0/21.21 to Route Position 0/21.62); a distance of 410 metres.
18. The section of State Highway No. 99 at Lorneville: From the intersection with State Highway No. 6 (North Road) to a point 640 metres generally east of Steele Road (Route Position 0/0.00 to Route Position 0/0.92); a distance of 920 metres.
