Securities Commission
Pursuant to section 30 of the Securities Act 1978, and sections 39 (2A) and 44A of the Public Finance Act 1989, the Minister of Commerce hereby gives notice that
the Securities Commission has published its annual report for the year ending 30 June 2002, containing its financial statements, audit report and statement of responsibility for the period.
