Pursuant to Regulation 90 (1) of the Traffic Regulations 1976, I, Victor Ian Everiss, Senior Vehicle Compliance Officer, hereby exempt the motor vehicle specified in Schedule 1 of this notice from the requirements of the Traffic Regulations 1976 listed in Schedule 2, subject to
the conditions specified in Schedule 3.

(i) All vehicle operators must wear approved crash helmets.
(ii) The vehicles must be licensed and have a current in service certificate (WOF).
(iii) This exemption only applies while the vehicle is owned and operated by the New Zealand Police on Great Barrier Island.
(iv) A copy of this notice must be kept with the vehicle file at all times and be readily available for inspection.
(v) This exemption may be revoked at any time.
