It is notified that Transit New Zealand, by resolution dated
5 June 2002 and pursuant to section 88 (1) of the Transit New Zealand Act 1989, hereby declares those parts of State highway described in the Schedule hereto and, as more particularly shown on plans LR/164, LR/165, LR/161 and LR/163 and accompanying Schedules held in the office of the Regional Manager, Transit New Zealand, Hamilton, and there available for public inspection, to be limited access road.
Schedule
The section of State Highway No. 25 that is in
Thames-Coromandel and Hauraki Districts, commencing at Waikiekie Stream Bridge and proceeding generally in a southerly direction to Whitiroa Stream Bridge (Route Position 206/3.06 to Route Position 217/8.01); a distance of 16.15 kilometres.
The section of State Highway No. 26 that is in
Thames-Coromandel District:
(a) Commencing at Hukutaia River Bridge and proceeding generally in a northerly direction to Puriri River Bridge (Route Position 80/0.00 to Route Position 80/8.81); a distance of 8.81 kilometres.
(b) Commencing at Matatoki Road and proceeding generally in a north-westerly direction to the State Highway No. 25/State Highway No. 26 intersection at Kopu (Route Position 80/12.09 to Route Position 96/0.00); a distance of 4.31 kilometres.
