Pursuant to Part IV of the Electoral Act 1993, the Electoral Commission resolved on 24 June 2002 to cancel the registration of The Republican Party Incorporated, and to remove The Republican Party Incorporated from the Register of Political Parties maintained by the Electoral Commission pursuant to section 62 of the Electoral Act 1993.
