Amendments to Register of Political Parties

Change of Name of Registered Political Party
Pursuant to Part IV of the Electoral Act 1993, the Electoral Commission resolved on 14 June 2002 to change the name of Christian Heritage Party: Graham Capill Party Leader to Christian Heritage Party, and to delete the registered abbreviation of that party's former name.
Cancellation of Registration of Party
Pursuant to Part IV of the Electoral Act 1993, the Electoral Commission resolved on 14 June 2002 to cancel the registration of Aotearoa/New Zealand Party, and to remove Aotearoa/New Zealand Party from the Register of Political Parties maintained by the Electoral Commission pursuant to section 62 of the Electoral Act 1993.
Cancellation of Registration of Party
Pursuant to Part IV of the Electoral Act 1993, the Electoral Commission resolved on 14 June 2002 to cancel the registration of The NZ South Island Party, and to remove The NZ South Island Party from the Register of Political Parties maintained by the Electoral Commission pursuant to section 62 of the Electoral Act 1993.
Registration of Party Logo
Pursuant to Part IV of the Electoral Act 1993, the Electoral Commission resolved on 14 June 2002 to register a substitute logo for One New Zealand Party.
Registration of Party Logo
Pursuant to Part IV of the Electoral Act 1993, the Electoral Commission resolved on 14 June 2002 to register a logo for OUTDOOR RECREATION NZ.
