Pursuant to section 34 (2) of the Civil Aviation Act 1990, notification is hereby given of the ordinary rules set out in the schedule hereto which shall come into effect as stated in the schedule.
Schedule
The following ordinary rules were signed by the Associate Minister of Transport for the Minister on 23 May 2002:
Civil Aviation Rules Part 91: General Operating and Flight Rules, Amendment 7, which shall come into force on 1 July 2002.
Civil Aviation Rules Part 1: Definitions and Abbreviations, Amendment 20, which shall come into force on 1 July 2002.
Civil Aviation Rules Part 1: Definitions and Abbreviations, Amendment 21, which shall come into force on 1 July 2002.
Civil Aviation Rules Part 19: Transition Rules, Amendment 4, which shall come into force on 1 July 2002.
Civil Aviation Rules Part 104: Gliders - Operating Rules, Amendment 2, which shall come into force on 1 July 2002.
Civil Aviation Rules Part 108: Air Operator Security Programme, Amendment 1, which shall come into force on 1 July 2002.
Civil Aviation Rules Part 121: Air Operations - Large Aeroplanes, Amendment 8, which shall come into force on 1 July 2002.
Civil Aviation Rules Part 135: Air Operations - Helicopters and Small Aeroplanes, Amendment 10, which shall come into force on 1 July 2002.
Civil Aviation Rules Part 139: Aerodromes - Certification, Operation and Use, Amendment 2, which shall come into force on 1 July 2002.
These ordinary rules are available for inspection at the
Civil Aviation Authority of New Zealand, 1 Market Grove
(P.O. Box 31-441), Lower Hutt.
