State Highways in Transit New Zealand
Regions 11 and 12
Pursuant to section 61 (3) of the Transit New Zealand Act 1989 and section 72 (1) (j) of the Transport Act 1972, Transit New Zealand hereby amends the bylaw as follows:
A m e n d m e n t
1. This amendment shall come into force 28 days after its publication in the New Zealand Gazette.
2. In the Third Schedule before paragraph 10 (a), insert:
At Waikuku in Waimakariri District, from a point located 87 metres in a generally north-westerly direction from Waikuku Beach Road and extending
in a generally south-westerly direction to a point approximately 40 metres in a generally south-westerly direction from Gressons Road (Route Position 311/1.27 to Route Position 311/2.21); a distance of 933 metres.
This amendment is made by delegated authority from the Transit New Zealand Authority.
