Bylaw 2002
Pursuant to section 70 of the Transit New Zealand Act 1989, Transit New Zealand hereby makes the following bylaw.

1. Title and commencement-This bylaw may be cited as the Transit New Zealand (Revocation) Bylaw 2002/1 and shall come into force 28 days after its publication in the
New Zealand Gazette.
2. The bylaws specified in the Schedule to this notice are hereby revoked.

This bylaw was made by resolution at a meeting of Transit New Zealand held at Wellington on 3 April 2002.

This bylaw-
Revokes Transit New Zealand Bylaws that have application to sections of roads which, in part, are no longer appropriate for various reasons. Those parts of the bylaws that are still relevant will be retained in new bylaws to take effect from the date that this bylaw takes effect.
