It is notified that Transit New Zealand, by resolution dated
7 February 2002 and pursuant to section 88 (1) of the Transit New Zealand Act 1989, hereby declares that part
of State Highway No. 14 in Kaipara District described in
the Schedule hereto and as more particularly shown on
Plans 14/15/1, 14/30/1 and 14/44/1 and accompanying Schedules held in the office of the Regional Manager, Transit New Zealand, Auckland, and there available for public inspection, to be limited access road.
Schedule
That section of State Highway No. 14 in Kaipara District commencing at the eastern abutment of Waiotama Bridge and proceeding in a generally westerly direction to the intersection with State Highway No. 12; a distance of
30.75 kilometres (Route Position 15/8.89 to Route Position 44/11.57).
