Notice of Appointment of Receivers and Managers
Pursuant to Section 8 of the Receiverships Act 1993
Kerryn Mark Downey and William Guy Black, chartered accountants, whose offices are at KPMG Centre, 9 Princes Street, Auckland, hereby give notice that on the 4th day of December 2002, they were appointed as receivers and managers of the property of Timberline Forest Products Limited under the powers contained in a debenture dated
the 17th day of October 2001, which property consists of the company's present and future assets and undertaking.
