Notice of Appointment of Receiver
Pursuant to Section 8 (1) of the Receiverships Act 1993
Stephen John Tubbs, chartered accountant of Christchurch, was appointed receiver of Transpacific Lumber Limited
on the 29th day of November 2002 under the terms of a general security agreement.
The Property in Receivership is: All of the company's present and after acquired personal property.
The Receiver's Office Address is: BDO Spicers, Level Six, 148 Victoria Street (P.O. Box 246), Christchurch.
