Notice of Appointment of Receiver and Manager
Pursuant to Section 8 (1) (b) of the Receiverships Act 1993
Anthony John McCullagh, chartered accountant of Auckland, whose office is at Level Fourteen, Tower Two, The Shortland Centre, 55-65 Shortland Street, Auckland, hereby gives notice that on the 19th day of November 2002, he was appointed as receiver and manager of all of the undertaking, assets and property of St Clair Park Village Limited at Auckland, under the powers contained in a debenture in favour of Bridgecorp Finance Limited dated the 26th day of June 2001, which was registered on the 12th day of July 2001.
