Notice of Appointment of Receiver of Rental Income
Pursuant to Section 8 (1) of the Receiverships Act 1993
Notice is hereby given that on the 9th day of September 2002, Cheryl Choo, of Auckland, was appointed receiver
of rental income in respect of the rental income from the property of Durham Corporate Trustees Limited under
the powers contained in memorandum of mortgage D. 661037.6 (North Auckland Registry), the property being situated at 32 Bell Avenue, Mt Wellington, Auckland, being all the land comprised and described in certificate
of title 132B/639 (North Auckland Registry).
The Receiver of Rental Income's Office is: Dorchester Pacific Limited, Level Seventeen, Auckland Club Tower,
34 Shortland Street, Auckland.
