Notice of Appointment of Receivers
Pursuant to Section 3 of the Receiverships Act 1993
We, Leigh Anthony Bamfield and Judith Marie Bamfield, hereby give notice that we were appointed as receivers of Ultimate Descents Limited on the 30th day of October 2002.
The property of the receivership includes all of the assets currently owned and operated by the company in conjunction with its adventure tourism venture, situated at Murchison, including vehicles, rafts, canoes, and associated plant and equipment.
